Cannabichromene (CBC) is one of many chemical compounds, known as cannabinoids, found in the cannabis plant. This non-psychoactive cannabinoid is known for its strong anti-acne and anti-inflammatory properties, which may provide skincare benefits. After cannabigerolic acid (CBGA) converts to cannabichromenic acid (CBCA), this compound then breaks down further into CBC when exposed to heat or ultraviolet light.
